Innovation Award Programme

The organisers of Carpex & Windex 2010, being staged at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry on 18 and 19 March 2010, have announced that they will be running an Innovation Awards scheme to find the best new carpet cleaning and window cleaning product

Companies can enter their product via the exhibition websites, and short-listed finalists will be judged by an expert panel at the show. The only conditions of entry are that the product must be ‘new’, and can’t have been exhibited at any previous show in the UK.

The winning products will be announced during the event, and awards will be presented to the successful companies.

3-in-1 appeal

Carpex and Windex 2010 also sees the introduction of the HFC 2010 Show, a new exhibition for the specialist hard floor cleaning industry. In summary, therefore, the three co-located events comprise:

Carpex 2010 provides a unique opportunity for companies involved in the cleaning, maintenance and restoration of carpets, upholstery and flooring to market, sell and promote their products and services to a truly targeted audience - from contractors and distributors to end-users throughout the private and public sectors.

Windex 2010 is for everyone involved in the window cleaning industry and its subsidiary services. The event offers companies in the window cleaning industry the opportunity to demonstrate and sell products and services to targeted buyers of window cleaning equipment and services.

The HFC Show 2010 will focus on all aspects of the specialist hard floor cleaning market, including burnishers, chemicals, diamond cleaning pads, dust extractors, floorcare machines, floor finishes, grinding machines, polishers, scrubber dryers, steam cleaning machines, and training & education. Visitors will also have access to free of charge seminars and demonstration areas.

“The last few remaining stands are selling fast, with a number of them already reserved,” said Martin Scott, exhibition sales director. “The three shows will be exciting events offering great opportunities for members of the cleaning industry, and will be one of the few ‘must attend’ exhibitions next year. I urge any companies interested in exhibiting to contact me immediately to avoid disappointment.”

Visitors can register for tickets free of charge on the websites. Registration also entitles visitors to attend the free seminars.
